All of our plans allow you to select the game of your choice when placing your order with us and we would encourage you to select the correct game at this time.

Should you wish to change the game you have installed after your server has been provisioned please raise a ticket with our team letting them know the game you would like to change it to and our team will wipe your server and reinstall it with the desired game. We hope to be able to offer a better self-service solution to this in the future.

Please Note: Once you have requested your server be re-installed our team will perform this action as soon as they possibly can, please ensure if you would like to store backups of your game server files that you have downloaded these backups out of the panel prior to raising the ticket as the reinstalling of a game server is a destructive action.
