As a result of legacy limitations in our previous management software, we had no ability to select "Unlimited" and as a result set a limit of 50TB and disabled bandwidth suspensions. For all VPS's provisioned on our 2021 product line or later, this is no longer a problem and you should see unlimited bandwidth reflected in the VPS Control Panel.
For our legacy VPS's which still have the old original configuration the 50TB Limit is still currently set, but again not enforced. For those clients you can raise a support ticket and we can now update your bandwidth allowance to reflect the true unlimited bandwidth allowance.
