As of January 2021, Superior Networks will take weekly snapshots of your VPS state, and will retain a single snapshot at any given time.
Clients will not as standard have access to manage / restore or otherwise trigger backups as part of our standard platform backups as these are for our own disaster recovery mitigations.
Clients who wish to have greater control over their backups should contact support to be upgraded to a higher tier of our backup solution enabling client control over backup / restore, greater snapshots retained and a more frequent backup.
